1:: Minimum / Maximum Length
As a general rule, it is strictly quality over quantity, but let’s be honest, if it’s only a few lines long, then there’s not much to go off when determining winners. And let’s face it, 300 words isn’t that much at all. There is no maximum you can write. Knock yourself out.
2:: RP Limit
As it stands, there is currently no RP limit. However, do not assume that because you’ve written four, you’ll beat someone who has only written one. It is (and will always be) quality over quantity. Only ONE RP can be submitted within 24 hours of the deadline.
3:: Format / Style
All RP types are accepted here, whether it be shoot style promos or more personal types. We do ask that your match is mentioned, but how much and how little is entirely up to you. It is your piece and what is written should be as creative as you want it to be. You can also submit it in any format you want, including links to an RP (providing it is a personal page and not a link to another e-fed).
4:: Use of Other Characters
Without the permission of the handler, no FWF characters can be used in your RP’s. There is a loop hole though, as it is perfectly fine to do if part of a dream sequence or something to that effect.
5:: Use of Real People / Celebrities
FWF is an original e-fed only, and as a result any mentions of meeting/knowing real people or celebrities is prohibited. Remember, any name is just a quick google away, so I’ll know.
6:: Unable to RP?
There are sign-up threads for each event, so make sure you are available before signing up. However, if something comes up and you won’t be able to RP, then let me know as soon as possible and I’ll try to do something about it.
7:: Taking a Break / Leaving
Just contact me and it will be fine. If it’s just a short break, I can keep the character alive in the shows or work out an angle so you don’t just fizzle out into nothing. However, be warned, if you are involved in a serious storyline, FWF reserves the right to continue that storyline until its climax
Failure to Comply
Breaking any of these rules will result in a loss. Depending on the severity of it or the frequency, your character may also be humiliated, which nobody wants. Other than that, I understand this is a hobby, so there’ll be no further action. However, you are less likely to receive title shots and such as a result.
