The lights dim, and a single white spotlight shines on the entrance way as Four Year Strong's "Enemy Of The World" kicks into life. As the first line is sung, an array of fireworks are set off and "The" Ross Walker walks out. He raises his arms to a huge reaction from the fans, before withdrawing them to form an "X" shape below his chin. He stares at the ring for a moment before walking down towards it, ignoring the fans, fully focused on the match ahead.
BETHEA: We are kicking Live-Wire off in style. I’m Ernest Bethea.
STRACHON: And I’m Sam Strachon. Last week, the Jealousy tournament began in what was one of the most explosive shows we’ve had.
BETHEA: And things promise to be even more explosive tonight as six more hopefuls battle it out to make it to the pay-per-view next Friday.
CHARLES: The following match scheduled is for one fall! Introducing first ...from Newcastle, England ...weighing in at 235 pounds ...”The” Ross Walker!
Mason’s music begins to play. Mason makes his way out on stage and the crowd begin to boo. He then walks down the ramp and gets into the ring.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from Chicago, Illinois ...weighing in at 210 pounds ...”Made” Roman Mason!
BETHEA: Roman Mason making his debut tonight.
STRACHON: I dunno about that, Beast. He looks an awful lot like the guy who tried to take a hit on Tim E. Vortex last week.
The bell sounds. The two men go to lock up, but Mason kicks Ross in the stomach. He then hits him with repeated elbow strikes, knocking Ross to his knees. He waits for Ross to get up before hitting him with a Snap Suplex. As Ross is getting up, Mason grabs him from behind and executes a German Suplex.
STRACHON: It’s like he’s been here for years.
Mason bounces off the ropes, but Ross quickly gets up and hits Mason with a Lariat when he comes back. Mason quickly gets up, but is knocked back down with another Lariat. As Mason is getting up again, Ross bounces off the ropes and comes back with a Spear.
BETHEA: And there’s the experience of Ross Walker coming into play.
Ross begins to pick Mason up, but Mason pushes Ross back, ramming him into the corner. He then Irish-whips him into the other corner before running at him, hitting him with jumping Knee Smash. Ross stumbles out and Mason executes a Snap DDT.
STRACHON: And Roman is back in control.
BETHEA: But for how long? Ross has done so much over the past year and he was the first to advance in this year’s Jealousy tournament.
STRACHON: Yeah... but he’s just not as good as he used to be.
Mason waits for Ross to get up. In doing so, he runs at him with a Shuffle Side Kick, but Ross ducks and rolls him up. ...1 ...2. Mason kicks out. Both men get up and Ross Irish-whips Mason, but Mason counters and sends Ross into the corner. He then runs at him with a jumping Knee Smash, but Ross moves out of the way and Mason hits the turnbuckle. He stumbles out.
BETHEA: He couldn’t get it this time.
Ross hits Mason with a Polish Hammer. Mason gets up and runs at Ross, only to be hit with another Polish Hammer. Mason gets up again and Ross hooks his head before taking him over with a Swinging Neckbreaker. Ross grabs hold of Mason’s arm to lock in the Anaconda Vice, but Mason hits him with an open handed uppercut.
STRACHON: Nice.
Mason quickly gets up and grabs Ross from behind, getting him in an inverted facelock. He goes for the 6 Feet Under, but Ross counters, grabbing Mason’s arm to spin out into a wristlock where he kicks Mason in the stomach. He then hooks Mason’s other arm and nails the Depth Charge. He goes for the cover. ...1 ...2 ...3.
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...”The” Ross Walker!
BETHEA: Great win from Walker as he heads into Jealousy... and this crowd loves it.
STRACHON: It’s always sickening when you favourite wrestler turns into a fan favourite.
BETHEA: Well, folks, there’s still so much more action to come tonight.
STRACHON: We finally get to meet a member of the board as he announces Joe Stall’s opponent for Jealousy next week. Will it be Benny Starr or Jack Cool?
BETHEA: Those are just rumours, Sam. It may not be either of them.
STRACHON: Yeah... like FWF can keep a secret. We have three great matches coming up to see who will advance into the second round of our eighth annual Jealousy tournament.
BETHEA: And one of those matches will be a Lumberjack Match for the Universal Championship.
STRACHON: Marcus Brody Snr. won the shot defeating “Ultra” Jack Cool amongst many others in the Battlefield Brawl at War Zone VII.
BETHEA: And two weeks ago on Live-Wire, he made his presence felt, distracting Sah’ta Thor to give his son MTB the victory. Brody will now face The Demon in our main event.
STRACHON: I can't wait for that one.
BETHEA: Short break coming up... make sure you’re here when we return.

BETHEA: We are back on Live-Wire and those are the events that concluded last week’s edition. STRACHON: And the Board have announced a follow up... and it’s going to happen right now. “American Made” by George Thorogood begins to play. Joe Stall and Pain step out to a huge ovation. The two walk down the ramp before getting into the ring where they are handed microphones. CHARLES: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome ...the FWF World Champion, “Captain” Joe Stall ...and the Chairman of FWF, Pain! STRACHON: You should join ‘em in there, Beast. It’ll be like a Real Deal reunion. PAIN: Over the past few weeks, I appear to have been overruled on numerous occasions. Every time I make a decision, it seems that some people have other ideas. STRACHON: Well, if you made the right decisions to start with... BETHEA: Shut up, Sam. PAIN: And now it seems that I’m not the only target. These people are now looking at destroying our World Champion, Joe Stall... a man who has represented you people throughout everything... a real American hero. STRACHON: Oh, great... not another patriotic rambling. BETHEA: There’s nothing wrong with having pride in your country, Sam. STRACHON: Of course there isn’t... providing your country isn’t in North America. PAIN: I of course refer to those known as... “The Board”. At the mention of this, the crowd begin to boo. PAIN: And tonight, one of these Board members will be making himself known. He will be announcing who will challenge Joe for the World Championship at Jealousy. Joe... is there anything you’d like to say? CAPTAIN: Bring the maggot out here. There is a long pause. Then, a hot pink light surrounds the arena as “I am the One and Only” begins to play, which repeatedly switches with the chorus from “Simply the Best”. BETHEA: Oh dear. Well, Better than Sex are making their presence felt. STRACHON: Can you blame them after what happened last week? They were screwed out of the Elite Tag Team titles! BRIGGS: Last week was an absolute outrage! My clients were on the verge of becoming the champions that they deserve to be when this freak who doesn’t deserve anything had to get involved. What’s the matter, Stall... don’t like it when the spotlight isn’t on you? CAPTAIN: Now hold on just a minute. I earned everything I have. I tied with Thor in the Elimination Chamber to get the chance to main event FWF Genesis VIII. I was the last man standing in the War Games match and... BRIGGS: And how did you get those opportunities? PAIN: What do you want, Briggs? This doesn’t concern you. BRIGGS: I beg to differ, Mr. Pain. Y’see... I am one of the five members of The Board! STRACHON: Eww... BRIGGS: And we are not impressed. It seems that you are offering out title shots to people who don’t deserve it just because they share a connection with you. Joe Stall is the World Champion... the New Direction are the Elite Tag Team Champions and now Marcus Brody’s getting a shot at the Universal Championship. STRACHON: He does have a point... PAIN: Has it ever occurred to you that these guys are the best Warriors that FWF has to offer? They got to where they are now by hard work and dedication. And what’s the deal with Jealousy? We have a huge tournament put on with a lot of amazing matches scheduled. You can’t just add to an already overbooked show. BRIGGS: Oh, but we can, Mr. Pain. You’ve not been following the FWF Rulebook. It states the following, and you can quote me on this: If, after thirty days, the FWF World Championship has not been defended, then the current champion will be stripped of the aforementioned title. BETHEA: Well, it is in the rules... but... STRACHON: But nothing, Beast. There’s no getting out of this one. PAIN: So... who did “The Board” have in mind? BRIGGS: Me. PAIN: CAPTAIN: BRIGGS: PAIN: Are you serious? BRIGGS: That’s right. So, at FWF Jealousy Eight, it will be “Captain” Joe Stall versus Mark Briggs for the FWF World Championship ...Board Rules! BETHEA: Board Rules? That’s not even a real match! STRACHON: It is now. BRIGGS: The Board has spoken! Joe and Pain begin to laugh hysterically as Briggs and BTS look on with serious looks on their faces. The scene then fades out to a commercial break.

BETHEA: Welcome back to Live-Wire. It’s been an incredible night so far.
STRACHON: And we’re only halfway through! Later on tonight, the Lost Heroes league will continue as Matthew Knox goes up against MTB.
BETHEA: And in our main event, “The Human Suplex Machine” challenges “The Demon King” for the Universal title.
STRACHON: And the six Warriors who managed to make it through to the second round of Jealousy will be there as Lumberjacks.
BETHEA: You definitely don’t wanna miss that.
CHARLES: The following match scheduled is for one fall! Introducing first...
"The Hatred" blares through the PA system and the song is instantly met with jeers from the crowd. Dagger Dave comes out much to the distate of the FWF fans. He shows them no attention as he extends his arms to his full wingspan, allowing red pyrotechnics to shower him from above. Dave walks down the ramp, listening the crowd insult him, but not showing a care in the world. He slides underneath the ropes and pushes himself up to his feet. He walks to the closest turnbuckle and holds his arms out much like he did previously, only this time to be showered with boos. He turns around and sits on the turnbuckle, waiting for his opponent.
CHARLES: ...from San Diego, California ...weighing in at 233 pounds ...Dagger Dave!
Blue and white smoke rises from the grid panels on the titantron as "Time is Running Out" by Muse plays. After a moment, the smoke clears to show Tim E. Vortex stood on the stage. He walks down the ramp, shaking hands with a few fans before rolling into the ring.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from the space-time vortex ...weighing in at 252 pounds ...Timothy Edward Vortex!
The bell sounds and straight away Dave takes Vortex down with a Lariat. He picks him up and nails him with a Fisherman Suplex. Dave bounces off the ropes. When he comes back, he connects with a Knee Drop.
STRACHON: He’s bad.
BETHEA: How bad?
STRACHON: He’s the baddest mother fucker in the arena!
As Vortex is getting up, Dave bounces off the ropes. He comes back with another Lariat, but Vortex ducks. From behind, Vortex nails a German Suplex Vortex then quickly heads to the top rope as his opponent stands. He leaps off, hitting Dave with a Double Axe-handle. The crowd begin to cheer.
BETHEA: It’s a great start from our resident time traveller.
STRACHON: If he’s actually been to the future, then he should know by now that he has none.
Dave crawls into the corner. Vortex walks over, but Dave hits a drop toe hold, tripping Vortex head first into the middle turnbuckle. He then grabs him from behind and lifts him up before executing a Double Knee Backbreaker. He goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. Vortex kicks out.
BETHEA: Dagger Dave has had some impressive victories over the past couple of weeks on Live-Wire.
STRACHON: Absolutely. If only he started seven or eight years ago... he would’ve made the perfect UCW Gladiator.
Dave picks Vortex up and grabs him by the head. He then slams it against the turnbuckle before Irish-whipping him into the opposite corner. He charges at him, hitting an Enziguri. Vortex stumbles out and Dave nails a Belly-to-Belly Suplex.
BETHEA: Dave continuing the assault.
With the crowd booing, Dave heads to the top rope. He leaps off, going for a Moonsault, but Vortex moves out of the way and Dave comes crashing down to the mat. With both men down, the referee begins to count. ...1 ...2 ...3 ...4. Dave gets on to his knees. ...5 ...6 ...7 ...8. He gets to his feet, but Vortex quickly gets up.
BETHEA: This could be the opening Timothy desperately needs.
Vortex hits Dave with a Big Boot. Dave gets up and runs at Vortex again, only to receive a second Big Boot. He gets up again and Vortex hoists Dave up onto his shoulders. Vortex then begins to head to the top rope.
BETHEA: Dave better Watch Out!
STRACHON: Was that another pun?
He leaps off, connecting with the Watch Out! With the crowd cheering, Vortex goes for the cover. ...1 ...2 ...3. The bell sounds.
CHARLES: Here is your winner ...Timothy Edward Vortex!
BETHEA: What a match.
STRACHON: What a disgrace.
BETHEA: Tim is currently in the lead of the Lost Heroes league.
STRACHON: But he’s not won it yet, Beast.
BETHEA: Absolutely. At this point, it’s still open to everyone left.
STRACHON: And speaking of the Lost Heroes league...
BETHEA: We have Matt Know going up against MTB... right after this!

BETHEA: Welcome back, folks.
CHARLES: The following Lost Heroes league match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...
The house lights dim down to a dull blue, and smoke billows forth around the entrance. As the opening guitar to "The Hurt" by House of Broken Promises rings forth, Matthew steps out onto the stage, with Astryd at his side. She stands watching him as he begins running from end to end, screaming at the crowd, getting them pumped for the competition. He then makes his way back to Astryd, and the two advance onward to the ring, slapping hands on the way. He slides in under the bottom rope, with Astryd in tow then goes to each corner, mounting it, and raising his fists to the air. After he's done interacting with the fans, he removes his trench coat, and hands it to Astryd, the two partake in a brief kiss and embrace, before he holds the ropes open to her, then walks to a corner, and leans against it, eyeing the ramp, and awaiting his opponent.
CHARLES: ...accompanied to the ring by Astryd Thorn ...from Monterey, California ...weighing in at 240 pounds ...Matthew “The Raven” Knox!
Bon Jovi's "Livin' on a Prayer" starts playing and once the song kicks in, MTB comes through the curtain to mostly cheers. He energetically struts down the ramp, playing to the crowd and slapping fans' hands, and slides into the ring. Once he stands up, the song is at the guitar solo so he air guitars and at the end does a powerslide in the ring whilst silver, blue and gold sparks come out from the ring posts.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from Manchester, England ...weighing in at 230 pounds ...he is one half of the FWF Elite Tag Team Champions ...Marcus Thomas Brody ...M ...T ...B!
The bell sounds. They two lock up and MTB immediately takes Raven into a wristlock. Raven counters, Irish-whipping MTB into the ropes. When he comes back, Raven goes for the Talon, but MTB ducks and hooks Raven in a waistlock. He then nails a German Suplex. “Bullet With Butterfly Wings” by Smashing Pumpkins plays.
STRACHON: What the...?
BETHEA: Well, it looks as though MTB’s tag team partner is on his way out.
James Stall slowly steps onto the entrance ramp. As the song continues to play James walks down toward the ring. When the chorus hits James takes off in a sprint and slides into the ring. He climbs the nearest turnbuckle and raises his arms in the air before jumping off and staring at MTB.
BETHEA: I think they’re both blaming each other for what happened last week.
James picks Raven up and hits him with a German Suplex. MTB laughs and as Raven is getting up, he hooks him in a waistlock. He then hits a German of his own, keeping hold to lift Raven up. He hits a second German Suplex before lifting Raven up to his feet to nail the third.
BETHEA: And the referee is allowing this?
STRACHON: Eh, it’s convenient...
James picks Raven up and Irish-whips him. When he comes back, James nails the Sergeant Spinebuster. MTB begins to wind up his arm. Raven slowly gets to his feet and MTB connects with the Wing Attack.
STRACHON: Wing Attack!
BETHEA: And poor Matthew Knox is taking a beating from the Elite Tag Team Champions.
Stall raises his arm as Raven begins to drag himself up using the ropes. He turns around and James grabs him by the neck. He then executes a Chokeslam. MTB picks Raven up and takes him over to the corner. He then sets him up in the tree-of-woe position and begins to do the air guitar.
BETHEA: MTB Special coming up.
MTB charges at Raven, connecting with the knee slide. Knox falls off the turnbuckle and is propelled onto his feet. He turns around and James nails the Shining Wizard. Raven falls back into MTB, who catches him in the Preysnatcher. He then hits the Su-Prey. Both James and MTB cover. ...1 ...2 ...3.
CHARLES: The winner ...s ...of the match ...James Stall and Marcus Thomas Brody!
BETHEA: Well, it looks as though both members of the New Direction will be getting three points.
STRACHON: What was all that about, Beast?
BETHEA: I think they were both trying to out-manoeuvre the other.
Raven rolls out of the ring and Astryd tends to him. James and MTB stand, squaring up to each other in the middle. Suddenly, “You Know You’re Right” by Nirvana begins to play.
STRACHON: YES!
BETHEA: It’s The Predator! The Predator is here tonight at Live-Wire!
The Predator slowly makes his way out to a huge ovation. In one hand is his cane and in the other is a microphone. A “Predator” chant begins. After a moment, the crowd die down, allowing him to speak.
PREDATOR: Well, well, well... what a predicament we have here. My two prize pupils.
BETHEA: Of course Predator played a huge part in training these two.
PREDATOR: It’s very rare that I make an appearance, but I came out here tonight to tell you all a story. It’s a story about arguably the greatest team in wrestling history. A team involving me... and the late, great Dan “Dragon” Taylor.
A “DDT” chant begins.
PREDATOR: We were two of the greatest Warriors of our time united as one unbeatable team, cementing our respective legacies. We were extremely good friends and more importantly, we made one hell of a duo. We were the Lost Heroes.
STRACHON: Damn skippy.
PREDATOR: The two of you could very well find yourself being Lost Heroes in the future. That’s why we have the league... that’s why we have the FWF Lost Heroes Trophy. But when you look at Dan and myself as the greatest tag team in wrestling, you have to ask why we were so good. Well, I’ll tell you. It’s because we knew each other inside of the ring and out. We knew each other’s strengths and weaknesses. And how do you think we found this out?
STRACHON: Erm...
PREDATOR: With a good old fashioned, rough and tough, rumbling and tumbling wrasslin’ match!
STRACHON: There are so many great matches to choose from.
PREDATOR: Which leads me to my next act as Lost Heroes Commissioner. At FWF Jealousy Eight... in a Lost Heroes league match... it will be James Stall versus MTB!
STRACHON: YES!
BETHEA: Huge news right there.
With the crowd cheering, Predator exits to the sound of “You Know You’re Right”. Suddenly, he comes back onto the stage and the music cuts.
PREDATOR: What the hell? For old time’s sake: I am the Predator ...and ...you ...are ...the ...prey!
The crowd erupt into an explosion of cheers. James and MTB turn back to face each other. With their mentor watching, the two reluctantly shake hands. They then raise their titles into the air as the scene fades out to a commercial break.

BETHEA: Welcome back to Live-Wire. The Jealousy tournament continues... over to Phil Charles for the announcements.
CHARLES: The following round one Jealousy tournament match is scheduled for one fall! Currently in the ring ...weighing in at 215 pounds ...Justin Bauer!
“I Stand Alone” by Godsmack begins to play. Fizz enters the arena. He walks down the ramp, slapping the hands of a few fans as he goes before climbing into the ring.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from Richmond, Surrey, England ...she is a member of the FWF Hall of Fame ...The Fizz!
The bell sounds and the two square up to each other. After a moment, Bauer hits Fizz in the face with a slap. Fizz returns it, giving Bauer a huge slap of her own. Bauer slaps Fizz again. Fizz strikes Bauer. She does this again and for a third time. She then goes to bounce off the ropes, but Bauer grabs her by the hair and pulls her down to the mat.
STRACHON: Wonderful.
Bauer picks Fizz up, but Fizz begins to fight back, hitting Bauer with lefts and rights. She then nails a Superkick. Bauer quickly gets up and Fizz executes an Armdrag. Bauer gets up again and Fizz grabs him before hitting him with a Belly-to-Belly Suplex.
STRACHON: You talk about all these next generation Warriors of FWF; Justin Bauer is definitely the James Bohne of this generation.
Bauer gets up and staggers around. He turns around and Fizz nails the Fizz Pop. She goes for the cover. ...1 ...2 ...3. The bell sounds.
CHARLES: The winner of the match and advancing into the next round ...The Fizz!
BETHEA: Fizz is back!
STRACHON: And it looks like she’ll be going to Jealousy, Beast. But she won’t last long.
BETHEA: Why’s that?
STRACHON: In the next round, she’ll be facing “Super” Benny Starr.
Fizz celebrates for a moment and the crowd cheer. The referee hands her a Monster energy drink and she begins to drink from it as she makes her way to the back. Moments later, Bauer heads backstage.
CHARLES: The following round one Jealousy tournament match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...
Orange and aqua blue spotlights aimlessly search the arena until "Composure" by August Burns Red hits the P.A. system. The lighting flickers simultaneously with the drum beat to the intro, the colour of the lighting alternating between the same two colours as before. Around twenty seconds into the song, there's a short break in the music. Once the music begins again, Camisado jumps from behind the curtains of the entrance. With this, Camisado slowly walks down the entrance ramp towards the ring.
CHARLES: ...from Louisville, Kentucky ...weighing in at 209 pounds ...Camisado!
Prozac makes a hasty entrance on stage beating his chest. He stops in the center of the stage and takes in the moment looking around the arena at the screaming fans. With a big smile on his face he taps his right wrist with two fingers from his left hand twice than puts his left hand in the air and spins it around while screaming “Time to take your Meds“. Than with a huge smile he walks down the ramp toward the ring slapping hands with the fans and saying things to pump everyone who can hear up. He then slides under the bottom rope jumps to his feet. After that he rushes to a corner and climbs up on the middle rope and starts fist pumping and the crowd joins him. After doing so he jumps down and waits for the match to begin.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...from Cornwall, New York ...weighing in at 215 pounds ...Prozac!
The bell sounds and the two lock up, with Prozac immediately spinning around Camisado, getting him in a full nelson. From here, Camisado jumps up and spins into a crossbody, taking Prozac down for the pin. ...1. Prozac kicks out. As Prozac is getting up, Camisado bounces off the ropes.
STRACHON: Oh... it’s gonna be one of those types of matches.
Camisado goes for a hurricanrana, but Prozac counters with a Tilt-o-Whirl Backbreaker. He goes for the cover. ...1. Camisado kicks out. Prozac picks Camisado up and Irish-whips him. He goes for a forearm, but Camisado ducks before springboarding off the middle rope, executing the Asai DDT.
BETHEA: What a move by the winner of Jealousy 4.
As Prozac is getting up, Camisado grabs him from behind in an inverted facelock position. He is about to hit the STPR when Prozac counters, tossing Camisado onto his shoulders in the fireman’s carry. Prozac then nails the Depressant before covering. ...1 ...2 ...3.
CHARLES: The winner of the match and advancing into the next round ...Prozac!
STRACHON: Nooooooo!
BETHEA: You wanted Camisado to win?
STRACHON: No, I just wanted Prozac to lose.
BETHEA: Both of the Meds will be in Jealousy.
STRACHON: And there’s only one spot left.
BETHEA: Who will be the eighth Warrior in the tournament? Stick around to find out.

BETHEA: We are back, ready for the end of this explosive match.
STRACHON: And as per usual, what better way to end the night ...than with our MAAAAAAAAAAIN EVENT!
CHARLES: The following round one Jealousy tournament match is a Lumberjack match scheduled to one fall and is for the Fantasy Wrestling Federation Universal Championship!
STRACHON: Try saying that when you’re drunk.
“Sparkle and Shine” begins to play. “Super” Benny Starr and “Ultra” Jack Cool enter, followed by Dagger Dave with the crowd booing. Then, the crowd cheer as the Meds make their way out. Following them is The Fizz and finally “The” Ross Walker. The Warriors walk down the ramp and surround the ring.
BETHEA: And here are our Lumberjacks... the seven Warriors that have made it to the quarter finals.
"Raise Your Hands" by Bon Jovi hits the arena as the crowd cheer. Marcus Brody walks out and absorbs the reception. He jogs to the ring, slapping fans' hands on the way down before rolling in under the bottom rope and raising his arms to the cheering crowd.
CHARLES: Introducing first ...from Ashton, England ...weighing in at 250 pounds ...he is the Human Suplex Machine ...Marcus Brody!
The opening riff to "Never Enough" by Five Finger Death Punch blares through the area speakers as the black trench coat, black and red mask wearing form of Sah'ta Thor step out from the back. Around his waist is the FWF Universal Championship. As the music continues to play he struts arrogantly towards the ring. As he walks down to the ring he ignores the fans as he is intent on getting to the ring. Once in the ring he takes of his title and passes it to the time keeper then removes his trench coat to reveal a black t-shirt and jeans combo. His hands are covered with strikers gloves which he raises into the air in an X as a red and black pyros shoot from the ring posts.
CHARLES: And his opponent ...weighing in at 175 pounds ...he is the FWF Universal Champion ...”The Demon King” Sah’ta Thor!
The bell sounds. They two men go to lock up, but Thor circles under Brody. Brody turns around and Thor chops him across the neck. He does this again before connecting with a Roudhouse Kick. He then punches Brody in the heart, causing him to collapse. He then raises his arms in the air in an X and the crowd boo.
BETHEA: Sah’ta Combo so early in this match.
STRACHON: Brody must be nearing a heart attack already.
Thor picks Brody up and Irish-whips him, but Brody counters, sending Thor into the ropes. Thor grabs on, preventing him from bouncing back. Brody runs at him, but Thor ducks. Brody turns around and Thor nails him with a Roundhouse Kick, knocking him over the top and to the outside.
BETHEA: And into the pack he goes.
Benny and Jack immediately begin attacking Brody with a series of forearms before they roll him back into the ring. Thor goes for the cover. ...1 ...2. Brody kicks out. As Brody is getting up, Thor grabs his head and executes a Neckbreaker.
BETHEA: The Demon King is relentless.
STRACHON: Beast, you’re forgetting something. He got his title by firing someone out of a cannon... he didn’t get it by being nice.
Thor waits for Brody to get up. In doing so, he charges at him, but Brody catches him in a reverse waistlock. He then throws Thor over with a Belly-to-Belly Suplex. Thor rolls out of the way to catch his breath as the crowd cheer.
BETHEA: That oughta’ve earned him some time, Sam.
The Meds grab Thor and throw him back into the ring. Brody hooks Thor’s head and quickly hits a Snap Suplex before covering. ...1 ...2. Benny reaches in and puts Thor’s foot on the ropes.
BETHEA: Aw, come on!
Brody picks Thor up, hooking his head and his leg for the Fisherman Suplex. Thor begins to bite Brody in the forehead, forcing him to break the hold and stumble back. Thor then quickly nails an Olympic Slam. Brody rolls to one side of the ring.
BETHEA: Sah’ta Thor is back in control.
STRACHON: In the latest edition of FWF Magazine, there was an article on Thor. It said his opponents, should they survive, will never forget the time they danced with The Demon King.
BETHEA: I don’t think our UCW legend will be doing much dancing, Sam.
Thor hits Brody with a baseball slide, sending him to the outside. Dagger Dave picks Brody up. He then slams his head against the apron before rolling him back into the ring. Fizz then turns Dave around and slaps him across the face.
BETHEA: Looks like the Jealousy entrants are starting a match of their own.
STRACHON: Is there such thing as a smooth Lumberjack Match?
Thor begins to stomp away at Brody. He then picks him up and quickly executes a Swinging Neckbreaker. Thor begins to climb to the top rope with the crowd booing.
BETHEA: Thor now, going to the top.
On the outside, The Meds begin brawling with Better Than Sex. Suddenly, Brody springs to life, sprinting up the turnbuckle where he hooks Thor’s head. He then nails a Superplex.
BETHEA: Oh my God! The Human Suplex Machine with a huge move there!
STRACHON: I don’t know where to look, Sam. There’s action in and out of the ring.
Thor slowly begins to get to his feet. At which point, Brody grabs him from behind in a waistlock. He then nails the Brody-Plex before covering. ...1 ...2 ...3. The bell sounds.
STRACHON: Oh my God!
CHARLES: The winner of the match ...advancing into the next round ...and new FWF Universal Champion ...Marcus Brody!
BETHEA: Marcus Brody Snr. is reliving the glory days here tonight on Live-Wire!
STRACHON: I can’t believe it.
The referee hands Brody the belt. He ascends the turnbuckle, holding the title into the air as a “UCW” chant begins. Suddenly, Thor grabs Brody and from this position pulls Brody into the Torture Rack position.
BETHEA: No! No! Not this!
Thor executes the Reign of Blood.
BETHEA: I can’t believe it. Sah’ta Thor is just jealous.
STRACHON: The press’ll have a field day with that one.
The Meds get into the ring and begin to stare down Thor. Then, Benny and Jack climb in and turn Prozac and Ritalin around before hitting them with forearms. Ross, Fizz and Dave all get in and a huge brawl erupts.
STRACHON: Beast, we’re out of time. Hurry up and say “All hell is breaking loose!”
BETHEA: All hell is breaking loose!
STRACHON: Bah gawd!
BETHEA: Ladies and gentlemen, one of these eight men are going to come with the Golden Ticket in the ultimate test of endurance.
STRACHON: The other seven... will turn green with envy.
BETHEA: Make sure you join us next week for FWF Jealousy Eight!
